ADMISSIONS :
All those who want to admit their children in any of the classes are expected to register the names of their wards in the prescribed form avilable at the office during the prescribed period.
TIMING :
The vidyalaya functions from 9.00 A.M to 3.35. P.M. on all working days.
The office will work from 9.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M.The first bell will ring at 9.00 A.M.
On hearing the bell all the students present in the school should remain in their respective classes.The morning assembly begins with the second bell at 9.05 A.M.
SCHOLARSHIPS :
CHINMAYA EDUCATION CELL scholarship [CECS]
Eligibility:
The CECS was started in 2002 - 2003. The scholarship will be awarded to two students from our Vidyalaya. The scholarship will be awarded to any student from class IV to XII. The student should have done well in academic scoring morethan 80% in all students. The students family annual income should not exeed Rs. 10.00.000/-
CHINMAYA VIDYALAYA scholarship - [CVS]
Eligibility:
1.Students who secured A+ Grade in all subjects in SSLC Examination are eligible for full Scholorship of Rs.9,000/-
2.Those students who secured A Grade and above in all subjucts are eligible for scholarship of Rs.4,500/-.
The scholarship may continue for the second year if the student secures the same Grade in the final exam of +1
FREE EDUCATION SCHEME :
Eligibility:
The Vidyalaya Management offers free Education for two students every year from the economical backward Community. The students are selected to the LKG class.
CURRICULUM :
The school follows the Kerala State Curriculum. The pedagogy is planned and implemented in line with the guidance provided by SCERT. The following subjects are taught in the school up to class X.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Our educational programme is child oriented, helping the children to unfold and develop their potential to the maximum. Ample opertunities are provided through a large variety of co- curricular activities for the self expression. Value education is an integral part of the educational progamme. It is imparted to puplis through "Gardern of Life" serves which is compulsary for all classes from Std. I onwards. This year we have introduced a new curriculam for the nursery section.
PHYSICAL EDUCATION:
The school provides the coach for games like football, basket ball, kho-kho, volley ball etc.
SCHOOL LIBRARY:
Students are expected to make full use of the school library. He/she will get one book at a time for two weeks on his/her card.
COMPUTER AWARENESS PROGRAMME:
The compulsary for all students from Std III to Std X. An extra fee is charged towards the same. The School also conducts classes for students in dance,music and instrumental music. The institution has units for Scouts, Guides and JRC at the UP and High School levels and Bulbuls and Cubs at the LP level. We also have various clubs like Literary club, Eco club, IT club, Science club, Quiz club, Fine Arts club and the Music club which help the students to nurture their talent.
